1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Faceme Quiz application developed by FlowStateDevCo.

By accessing or using the application you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this application.
  • You must comply with all applicable local laws.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Users may create an account using email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In.

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

FlowStateDevCo may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

4. Application Features

  • FaceFlip quiz game
  • Custom quiz deck creation
  • AI Master Deck generation
  • User progress tracking (XP, streaks, achievements)
  • Leaderboards and gameplay statistics

5. Data Storage

All application data is securely stored using Firebase Cloud Services:

  • User account information
  • Game progress, XP points, streaks
  • User-created quiz decks
  • Contact images and media
  • AI-generated decks

This ensures secure synchronization and reliability across devices.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the app for illegal activities.
  • Do not attempt to hack or exploit the app.
  • Do not reverse engineer the application.
  • Do not upload harmful content.

7. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings.

    All billing and refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FlowStateDevCo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from app use.

9. Account Termination

Users may delete their account anytime through the app. Accounts violating Terms may be suspended or terminated by FlowStateDevCo.

10. Changes to Terms

FlowStateDevCo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified in-app of changes.
